Job Description
As part of our Optimization Team in the Marketing Department, the Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for the day to day management and execution of marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for launching, improving and maintaining content on the website to achieve our business goals.
Main responsibilities will be to support the Media and Optimization team with all forms of marketing strategy.
This includes:
Own process for managing content updates and new page launches on the website
Support marketing campaign launch process, including QA of marketing collateral and
creative uploads for agency partners across different digital channels (display, SEM,
affiliate, etc.)
Manage promotional calendar for agency partners
Update promotional campaign creative and messaging on the website in coordination with direction from Copy and Design teams
Assist with the budget and invoice process
By partnering closely with various internal teams and external vendors/partners, you will have the opportunity to assist with:
Effectively monitor campaign performance to ensure success metrics are met
Analyze, track and optimize campaigns & marketing programs
Identify new opportunities for testing and optimization on the website
Project-manage timelines & creative/asset submissions
Requirements
Good organizational and time-management skills
Creativity, teamwork and strong attention to detail required
Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills
Desire to learn and ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PP
Basic HTML knowledge and web publishing a plus

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
