Job Title: Executive Transportation Driver
Location: Washington, DC (Bolling AFB)
Job Description:
ALEX - Alternative Experts is now hiring a professional Executive Transportation Driver to transport high level personnel to various destinations throughout the National Capitol Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with dispatchers to arrive at pick up locations in a timely manner to ensure passengers get to their drop-off destination by the time requested. The duties may occasionally include transporting materials throughout the NCR with a provided special courier case, and applicable handling guidelines. Specific duties include but are not limited to:
Transporting personnel and special messenger packages to various NCR destinations
Occasionally making trips up to 250 miles outside of the NCR
Using US Government phone to coordinate with dispatcher
Arriving at pickup locations and waiting for personnel
Maintaining availability to prevent delays and interruption of services
Drivers must be poised, courteous, and display a professional demeanor at all times, and effectively communicate and execute trip assignments
Remaining flexible when directed to respond to dispatches other than regularly scheduled runs
Required
Qualifications:
Valid state issued Driver's License
3 years of professional experience as a driver or chauffer in the DC metropolitan area
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills and professionalism while working with senior executives
Candidates must meet & maintain clearance eligibility requirements for access to classified information
Required Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
