Salient CRGT is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our Data Analytics division. This resource will serve as the main customer point of contact to handle customer communication related to issues and enhancement requests for Business Intelligence solutions. This resource acts as a liaison among business users to handle customer service issues related to business intelligence and application programs. Proactively communicates and collaborates with project stakeholders to analyze business process and functional requirements. This resource must be able to work independently and in a team setting. Work will be performed at the client site in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities:
Correspond with business users to capture issues and provide timely status updates on resolutions.
Balance multiple concurrent tasks and regularly communicate status and issues to management
Regularly interact with cross-functional team members
Quickly understanding the client's business issues and data challenges.
Assuming responsibility for the completion of and quality of project deliverables
Mandatory Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)
8
years of overall experience
Experience in Business Intelligence projects
Ability to communicate technical and non-technical information at the appropriate level, orally and in writing, to both staff and management.
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent communications skills
Desired Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)
Experience working for Federal Government clients
Experience in a customer services environment
