Overview
SAIC is currently looking for candidates to join our Customs and Border Protection (CBP) DCSS team in Springfield, VA and the Washington DC metro area.
The information technology (IT) support services under DCSS will provide CBP with secure, reliable, cost effective, and robust IT services across the CBP enterprise within a 24/7/365 environment. Examples of support include: management and administrating database software, monitoring and maintaining performance, user support, ensuring system availability; and information security.
DCSS will provide CBP with day-to-day operational IT services support of the CBP data centers. In addition, DCSS will provide support for the modernization of the CBP data centers and applications used by CBP, DHS, and other external partner agencies to achieve mission objectives.
