Job Description:

JOBDESCRIPTION:
Assists with efforts to support Governmentacquisition processes; helps Government implement solutions in a cost-effectiveway by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicatingthem clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners. Assists with DoD andNavy Program management; Planning, Program Budgeting and Execution (PPBE);Earned Value Management (EVM); making recommendations to Government managers,recommending system controls and protocols.
Job Duties will include but not limited to:
Assist withprogram planning; forecasting workload; analyses to support business andtechnical strategies; produce program-phasing plans, schedules, and POA&Ms
Integrating andinteracting with internal and external PEO organizations and activities
Assist withproducts and deliverables in accordance with Government requirements andpreparing analyses and recommendations review of acceptance to the ProgramOffice.
Produce thefollowing type of documentation: Trip report; Scheduling, documenting meetingsand meetings minutes; Briefing, studies, presentations, reports and pointpapers, etc.; Data and Correspondence files (electronic and hard copy).
Maintain currentand historical copies of program documentation, such as ship specifications,Quad Charts, correspondence, DRLs, formal instructions and directives,references, etc.
Providingon-site, design site and remote support of program requirements. Facilitatingand providing technical information from corporate expertise for IntegratedProduct Teams (IPTs), special advisory boards, off-sites, working groups andaudit teams.
REQUIREDSKILLS/
Experience:
BS/BA inbusinesses related field
Experienced withanalyzing information, Teamwork, Written Communication, Promoting ProcessImprovement.
At least 0-4years' experience with DoD acquisition process.

Experience:
Experience and knowledge of fiscallaws and NAVSEA guidance on execution of the following appropriations,including but not limited to: Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation(RDT&E), Other Procurement, Navy (OPN), Operations and Maintenance, Navy(OM&N) Operations and Maintenance, Navy Fleet Modernization Program(O&M,N, FMP), Shipbuilding and Conversion Navy (SCN), Foreign MilitarySales (FMS) acquisition and support funding, and Other Customer Funds(OCF).Supervisory experience, demonstrated career progression with incre
