Marketing Analyst

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to work within newly formed Single Family Marketing team at Client.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with marketing strategy and corporate strategy and pro teams to define and implement measurement strategies that align with segment marketing and business objectives; producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering monthly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insight.
The successful candidate will not necessarily come from a pure web analytics background but an excellent, in-depth level of knowledge across digital, brand and direct response marketing, Experience in digital campaign analytics and insight development is essential.
Campaign strategy / Analytical Guidance o Strategic guidance of marketing objectives and advising on suitable measurement strategies o Benchmarking performance across all channels and advising on KPIs o Using methodical performance analysis to influence/support campaign strategies and provide optimization recommendations Reporting and Analysis Develop and maintain custom marketing dashboard concepts for Single Family marketing Report on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data Analyze the effect of different online and offline channels on each other and developing and implementing innovative strategies for improvement and growth Analyze online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution Perform ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different marketing campaigns Analytical and technical Provide consultancy to internal teams and agencies on campaign tagging and additional on-site tracking Spot and recommend innovative new methodologies and improve analytical procedure Using available data sources to deep dive and troubleshoot campaign (and overall) performance issues and propose methodical optimization tests, both on-site and campaign based Build marketing business requirements to conduct campaign planning and analysis, and interpret trends and variances Define product, customer, and marketing performance metrics that inform Single Family marketing efforts Analyze, design, develop and document reports that inform marketing strategies and campaign tactics Develop visual and graphical representations of data to identify insights and communicate findings Manage the intake process of marketing analytics projects, review business case and charter, and prioritize projects Develop marketing analytics process standards, best practices, and benchmarks Experience in working within a highly data driven marketing/business intelligence environment High level of experience working with analytical software (e.
g.
Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, Core metrics, etc.
), High level of experience in data analysis techniques and advanced Excel /Tableau High level of experience working with Google AdWords and other paid search platforms Experience in identifying and validating strategic and tactical marketing objectives High level of experience in measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns including:
natural and paid search, email, affiliate, display and social Experience in working with website optimization tools for A/B and multivariate testing, e.

Google Website Optimizer, Visual Website Optimizer, Optimizely, Maxymiser, etc.
Experience in marketing analytics applications (e.
g.
, R, SAS, Tableau) Familiar with awareness tracking Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects proactively Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving Credible and articulate, with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to relay analytical insight to internal and external stakeholders with various levels of analytical and digital knowledge and at all levels of seniority Bachelors in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science required.
Master's degree preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
