- Recommend and develop new, revised, or modified policies, procedures, and/or processes for program accomplishment and improvement within a manufacturing environment. - Create flow charts and diagrams outlining the flow of work of specific processes and use them as a basis for developing detailed procedures. - Perform a broad scope of administrative and special assignments associated with the executive level United States Currency Program (USCP) inter-agency governance meetings, which include documenting meeting discussions and records of decisions, proofreading documents and other correspondence, as well as providing assistance with activities to facilitate optimum effectiveness and efficiency. - Perform a wide variety of special studies, evaluations, and surveys to resolve problem areas, management policy issues, and program concerns. Experience:
For the GS-12, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:
-Experience developing new policies, procedures and/or process in a manufacturing environment; AND -Experience creating or applying flow charts and/or diagrams as a basis for work flow process or procedures. Examples of which include:
-Experience performing independent research of processes to document and/or resolve work flow problems. OR -Experience performing feasibility studies on the use of new management-oriented technologies and systems. Specialized
Experience:
For the GS-11, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-9 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:
-Experience creating or applying flow charts and/or diagrams as a basis for work flow process or procedures. Examples of which include:
-Experience performing research of processes to document and/or resolve work flow problems. OR -Experience performing feasibility studies on the use of new management-oriented technologies and systems. OR You may substitute education for specialized experience as follows:
Education:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related; OR You may qualify on a combination of education and experience. To combine education and experience, the total percentage of experience at the required grade level compared to the requirement, as well as the percentage of completed education compared to the requirement must equal at least 100 percent. Only graduate level education in excess of the first 36 semester hours (54 quarter hours) may be combined to be considered for qualifying education.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
