Business Operations Director

You will be responsible for the following:
Providing conceptual and technical direction and control for the administration of a comprehensive budgetary program for the organization to ensure effective operations and accomplishment of program objectives within the available funds. Working closely with client agencies on Interagency Agreement development, invoicing and payment. Analyzing and reviews financial plans and programs against approved goals, operational plans and current policies and makes appropriate recommendations to leadership. Preparing briefings for and actively engages in meetings held by the TTS Assistant Commissioner, Operations and other key officials at which broad programming, planning, policy matters, and issues are discussed. Provides advice, recommendations and comments for the development of very important and critical policies. For each job on your resume, provide:

The GS-15salary range starts at $137,849 per year.If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes experience leading the monthly revenue accrual and billing processes; developing recurring financial reporting using scripting to automate reports and processes that includes utilization, payroll and revenue data; managing business operation systems including creating API's to integrate different platforms; managing IT Cloud infrastructure systems; developing performance dashboards using multiple data sources including queries from data warehouses; creating user interface (UI)/frontend updates with JavaScript code to the business operations system; developing executive business cases for new or existing programs or projects; developing initial cost estimates and scope of work with the sales or business development teams for new contracts or agreements; experience managing workflow utilizing agile methodology; and experience managing Software as a Service(SaaS) requests starting from license requests through to possible implementation.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
