Qualifications:
GS-09:
You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level in the Federal service that included experience such as:
Assisting with the development of financial policies and guidance. Utilizing automated budget information systems or complex financial automated systems and Assisting with the review and analysis of financial data, budget schedules, exhibits and/or justifications. OR two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree or master's or equivalent graduate degree; or a combination of the required experience and education for this grade level. GS-11:
You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-09 level in the Federal service that included experience such as:
Participating in the development of financial policies and guidance; Utilizing automated budget information systems or complex financial automated systems to prepare a variety of financial reports and; Reviewing and analyzing financial data, budget schedules, exhibits and/or justifications. OR possess a Ph.D. degree 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a doctoral degree or equivalent graduate degree; or a combination of the required experience and education for this grade level. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through national Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; community; student; social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to gain employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. If such experience is on a part-time basis, you must provide the average number of hours worked per week as well as the beginning and ending dates of the experience so it can be fully credited. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of the announcement.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
