Public Health Analyst

As a Public Health Analyst you will:
Analyze existing or proposed systems, strategies, services, or other health-related matters for long range implementation and administration of the public health program. Analyze complex public health policies, operations, products and services. Research and prepare responses to inquiries received in writing or telephonically. Prepare the annual budget and/or requests for funding based on information received from subordinate activities. Serve as analyst in developing, monitoring, implementing, and evaluating current or projected complex, interrelated public health programs involving governmental and non-governmental organizations from multiple sectors at the community, State, national and/or international levels. Qualifications:
For GS-12 grade level:
Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service to include experience in providing assistance analyzing public health program operations related to HIV/AIDS. For GS-13 grade level:
Applicants must have at least one year of specialzed experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service to include experience in developing, and/or analyzing public health programs and policies related to HIV/AIDS.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
