Basic Requirement:
Incumbent of the position must be fluent in Spanish, as well as English, both written and orally. GS-11 One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade GS-09 within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required. Specialized experience is defined as:
experience in the development, planning, oversight, and execution of an organizational communications and engagement strategy, the development and application of management controls. GS-12 One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade GS-11 within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required. Specialized experience is defined as:
experience in the development, planning, oversight, and execution of an organizational communications and engagement strategy, the development and application of management controls, and establishing the benchmarks with which to determine the efficacy of the organization's outreach program. Experience:
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
