Information Technology Specialist

The candidate should have advanced knowledge of SharePoint Online. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Working with the user SharePoint Online community to identify needs and configure end-to-end solutions or proofs of concepts to automate business processes, create custom solutions, and drive efficiencies through the use of SharePoint Online. Conduct working sessions and facilitate user feedback sessions to identify user needs, enhancements, and general feedback, intended to increase adoption and use of SharePoint Online. Working with the judiciary community to replace SharePoint Online to leverage and/or retire existing systems, applications, or other solutions to drive increased efficiency. Configuring SharePoint Online solutions or documenting clear, actionable, and testable business requirements to be provided for development. Candidate should have experience or cursory knowledge of enterprise content management tools and solutions platforms. Supporting the implementation of SharePoint Online to multiple federal courts and/or Administrative Offices at any given time. The candidate will contribute to enterprise level SharePoint governance and implementation policies, processes, and solutions and will recommend best practices and industry standards for local and enterprise implementation. Contributing and monitoring the SharePoint Online Center of Excellence, National Application Store, and Solutions Catalog. Candidate will monitor usage, viability of applications/solutions, modification requests to developed applications/solutions, and coordinate needs to various stakeholders. Managing portions of the SharePoint Online Center of Excellence, which is intended to serve as a one-stop-shop for users implementing and maintaining SharePoint Online; management includes, but is not limited to:
coordinating content, ensuring consistent look and feel, monitoring user feedback and coordinating follow-up activities/resolution, and identifying improvements/additions to increase usability and SharePoint Online adoption. Applicants must have demonstrated experience as listed below. This requirement is according to the AO Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment Systems which include interpretive guidance and reference to the OPM Operating Manual for Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions. Basic Requirements:
You must have Information Technology (IT) related experience which demonstrates proficiency in each of the following competencies:

Experience:
Applicants must have at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience which is in or directly related to the line of work of this position. Specialized experience is demonstrated experience managing SharePoint Online and creating efficient solutions for end-users on an enterprise level.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
