Amazon's growing Advertising Sales Program is looking for Associate Account Executives (AAE) to drive the success and continued growth of Amazon Advertising.

S/he is a strong analytical thinker and problem solver who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments.
S/he is a fast learner, excellent presenter, strong communicator, effective listener and project manager who is able to balance multiple and often conflicting priorities.
The ability to manage a valuable prospect list is vital; candidates must be comfortable prospecting, cold-calling, and negotiating via phone on both transactional and more strategic branding-based deals.

AAEs receive training and coaching from some of the most innovative minds in the industry, develop Amazon business acumen and will be responsible for sales deliverables.
Meeting all program requirements is required for graduation from the program and continued employment with Amazon.

Upon graduation, successful AAEs will make an immediate impact by transitioning into Account Executives and taking ownership of their own book of business within Amazon Advertising.

Responsibilities:
Meet all program deliverables on time, including training sessions, inputs, projects, testing and presentingUtilize Sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progressDeliver the highest level of customer satisfaction for our clientsAnalyze sales/metrics data from your territory to help evolve your strategyPrioritize and deliver timely, high quality workNetwork with and educate key prospects and customer contactsAttain and weekly sales activity goals and accurately update the goal tracking systemComplete all Leadership Principle Project milestones on timeSuccessfully complete all knowledge tests and writing assignments on timeSuccessfully complete all presentation and salesmanship testing on timeImprove the performance and attain revenue for your assigned book of clientsSuggest process improvements and assist internal partners to drive them to completionLearn to Initiate prospecting and lead generation activitiesResponsibility after the program:
Continue education by completing additional presentation and salesmanship testingProvide support and feedback to all future AAE classesProspect, penetrate and create new relationships with clients.
Drive deals to closure in a new business environment.
Retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
