Software Procurement Analyst
LMI is seeking a Management Analyst to support our team in the area of Procurement Documentation and Development.
This position will provide expertise to the Office of Strategic Sourcing (OSS) within the Office of Information Technology (OIT) at the Department of Veteran's Affairs (VA).
This position will be on client site in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities Provides the OSS, VA OIT with broad based technology based procurement documentation and software category management support.
Authors Procurement Documents in a technology driven environment.
Provides analytical support and requirements assessment.
Determines actual usage vs.
projected need.
Leads internal and external data calls with defined value metrics.
Qualifications Minimum of 5 years' experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated high level understanding of Oracle software products is required for this roll.
This role requires software management experience and is a mid-level role.
This role will also be full time.
Familiarity with a Public Sector consulting environment is highly desired.
Understanding of and familiarity with federal acquisition and procurement regulations is desirable.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation to obtain a Public Trust level clearance, for which you must be a US Citizen.
