(The duties described reflect the full performance level of this position)As the IT Program Manager, technology expert, consultant, liaison, and solution provider, the incumbent is required to provide program management support for OJP's highest priority, the Justice Grants Information Technology Solution Initiative as well as other OJP IT programs and projects. Will manage and oversee Justice Grants Information Technology Solution Initiative budget, risk, schedule formulation and management and provide guidance and oversight to the Justice Grants Information Technology Solution Initiative Agile Delivery Teams ensuring overall alignment with OJP and DOJ goals and priorities.Develop and facilitate resource allocations including the facilitation of planning, organizing, and formulation of three-year budget, reporting and execution. Provide counsel, support, and/or alignment for various business management functions including:
IT workforce planning; procurement/contract management, and asset management.Responsible for the provision of research and analysis on issues associated with the program/project management planning, development, integration, implementation, and evaluation of grant making systems and subsystems.Mange enterprise-wide programs and/or projects whose targeted mission critical services or solutions are web-based and/or rely on eGovernment software or technologies.Develop business process studies and will be required to lead complex discussions throughout OJP and with various other DOJ offices utilizing innovative techniques to harvest and establish new and innovative approaches, methodologies, and technologies to enhance the grant-making services and solutions that OJP and others within DOJ provide to customers nationwide.Conduct program evaluations to ensure the mission-critical Justice Grants Information Technology Solution initiative and other enterprise-wide OJP IT programs meet stated goals and identifies areas where operational efficiencies can be enhanced.Work with senior executive, experts, and cohorts throughout OJP and DOJ, exernal stakeholders,, and oversight bodies to advise, develop, measure/monitor progress and performance, andf recommend solutions and enhancements to long-range management plans for efficient and effective program/project implementation and administration. Qualifying experience for the GS-15 level requires IT-related experience that demonstrates each of the following four competencies:
Attention to Detail; Customer Service; Oral Communication; and Problem Solving; AND one (1) year of specialized experience at least equivalent to the GS-14 level. Specialized experience is experience that is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled and that has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies/knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience must be IT-related and may be paid or unpaid experience.Examples of specialized experience include:
provide subject matter expertise in IT project management solutions using agile methodologies such as SCRUM and SAFe Agile Framework; develop AgileProgram/Project Management plans and procedures; analyze and guide in developing solutions for problems associated with one or more technology programs; manage enterprise wide programs and /or projects that are web-based.Technical

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
