What you''ll do:
Act as a strong leader and owner of software development projects; motivate and maintain momentum as you drive those projects to successful and on-time completion.
Champion and support agile capability development and tailor process (including scrums, planning, review and retrospective sessions, demos and more) to each project team.
Ensure that project schedules and project scope are well defined.
Track project progress and report status on a regular basis to the project team and partners.
Manage and forecast resource and budget allocation.
Drive documentation process for the team.
Partner with cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure product goals are clearly defined and met.
Collaborate with web platform engineers, data scientists, data engineers, analysts, and test engineersWork with the team to drive the definition and execution of features and products.
Actively seek out, track and remove barriers to project completion.
Act as a team lead in considering business needs and identifying optimal solutions through best practices in business analysis and partnering with user experience and engineering colleagues and other functional experts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree and 5
years of industry experience in project management and technology for business, advertising, and eCommerce systems defining and implementing high impact business solutions.
Certified Scrum Master, experience as a functional lead or project manager in a high growth technology or media company, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Target Process, Rally, Version One, or other project management software toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with strong business judgment and ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner.
CRM systems integration experience or other core technologies used in media organizations, including ERP, subscription billing, integration platforms, and data solutions such as CDP/DMP and ad systems.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical colleagues and contributorsExperience in media advertising, SaaS, software, Internet, recruitment solutions, and/or online subscription business preferred.
