Technical Engineering Manager
Immediate full time employment for a Technical Engineering Manager reporting to the Director of IT Operations and Services.
The selected Manager will have demonstrated experience managing the resources responsible for a Microsoft environment including; Active Directory, associated infrastructure, Office 365, VMware VDI coupled with a demonstrated background leading an engineering team through the architecture of end user services and ability to operate cross-functionally the adoption of new and enhanced technologies across the enterprise.
This is a temp-to-perm based position with conversion down the road with a targeted base salary conversion of $140,000

Required Skills10 years of related experience and 5 years' experience in Engineering Manager including:
(1) End User Services architecture (2) VDI, SCCM, Active Directory, VMware ESXi, Hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), Microsoft Exchange and O365, SharePoint online, OneDrive and Video conference center technologies(3) Management and implementation experience of end user technologies(4) Prior experience with scripting and automation using (PowerShell, Shell, Perl or Python)(5) Work with vendors to design and come up with engineering solutionsProfessional experience(1) Championing change and effectively managing project/program implementation(2) Critical thinking and planning at a strategic and global level(3) Translate strategic plans into specific objectives, and to create and execute project plans to achieve objectives(4) Understanding of project management principles(5) Management of Architecture and Engineering teams (6) Manage a team of 8 or more Engineers and Subject Matter Experts(7) Excellent written and spoken communication skills(8) College Degree AND/OR equivalent experience#CB.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
