Database Developer with SAS Location:

ASAP Duration:
3 months plus possible extension The Database Developer we are looking for does not have to have significant experience.
We need database oriented person with some programming experience (necessary to interpret SAS Code) should be successful in this position.
The project to be staffed is to convert SAS Programs to equivalent T-SQL queries.
This ensues:
Determining the Source objects from the SAS Programs Tables, Views, Functions, etc.
Implementing the retrieval of the identified source table(s) into a staging database via a scripted SSIS ETL process.
Derive a T-SQL script/query which renders the same result table as the SAS Program.
The actual skills required are minimal.
Required:

year Experience with ANSI SQL Or exceptional academic use of SQL 1
year Experience with Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL Or 1
year of Oracle PL/SQL Significant Bonus Skills:
Experience with SAS programs.
Experience with SSMS (SQL Server Management Services) Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) Equal Employment Opportunity Commission:
