February 4, 2020 7725 Washington Ave S Edina, MN 55439, USA The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for calculating return on investment, customer acquisition cost, and customer lifetime value for different segments of the businesses that we serve.
The right candidate will be a results-driven digital marketing expert fluent in performance marketing KPIs and obsessed with data analysis.
They will understand how to assess PPC strategies at both a macro and micro leveland use advanced tactics to capture high-intent traffic and optimize continuously to scale growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
SEO Grow organic site traffic through keyword research, content marketing, and site optimization Provide digital content strategy for key accounts, understanding the larger integrated communications strategies in place Leverage keyword research and competitor analysis to build SEO content outlines/playbooks, work with copywriters to generate content and move through internal review process Meet lead generation targets by optimizing the buyer's journey and converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, personalized offers, and lead gen content Develop link building strategies Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data Advertising Monitor, analyze, and optimize PPC campaigns, including search, display, remarketing, and shopping campaigns for Google Ads and Bing platforms Write and design new ads that are compelling, creative, and that reach new targets Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement Monitor and maintain budget distribution and analyze daily performance for SEM, SEO, and affiliate channels Campaigns Identify and execute new campaigns to drive incremental traffic within a target ROI/ROAS Conduct data analysis to optimize campaigns and uncover growth opportunities Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates) Make, research, and provide recommendations to ecommerce and other O&O sites to increase campaign opportunity and success Tools Monitor SEO performance and ranking through Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEMRush Research, implement and manage marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling, etc.
) Ability to implement and oversee tag management tools, analytics, and testing/targeting/optimization efforts.
(ie GA Tag Manager, Hotjar, Adobe Test & Target or Optimizely) Recruit, report, and manage relationships with social affiliates and influencers Requirements Experience with PPC campaigns Extensive knowledge of search engine marketing techniques and strategies, and an understanding of the underlying analytics and mechanics Proven work experience as a Digital SEO Strategist or Digital Marketing Manager Experience with SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Editor, Commission Junction, Search Console, Optmyzr, and Moz preferred Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software Experience deploying and using digital media revenue attribution systems Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns Extensive knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and practices Familiarity with web design and HTML Good knowledge of MS Excel Strong analytical and project management skills Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
