Sr A/V Technician
Job Description We are looking for a Senior AV Technician to join our team on an effort supporting our Federal Government Client in Washington, DC (Telework not permitted) The primary scope of this position will support various Communication Support Unit (CSU) tasks associated with the delivery of communication products and services into the Federal Government Client enterprise.
Required Top Secret Clearance, with ability to obtain SCI.
Responsibilities Travel to locations to install and troubleshoot AV solutions as needed.
Provide Tier 34 device installation and troubleshooting support focused on all enterprise-integrated AV capabilities on all enterprise enclaves.
Scheduling andor coordinating with Audio Video Support Center (AVSC), support in running AV room systems, troubleshooting, and breakfix of room systems.
Troubleshoot PC issues consisting of but not limited to audio video connections.
Requirements Required Qualifications Five (5) years of experience installing and troubleshooting complex AV room systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 2013 and newer, as well as Windows 7 and newer.
Ability to travel to locations for installation andor troubleshooting systems as needed.
Preferred Qualification ? Crestron certifications or CTSCTS-I certifications.
