Cydecor is looking for Senior Data Manager to organize and coordinate data for PMS 515 and provide direct support to the Data Manager.
Responsibilities include the preparation, development, and presentation of reports outlining trends and common findings and offer recommendations, to be presented to the Data Manager either in writing or orally.
For some projects, management analysts are retained to support implementation of recommendations made by Data Manager.
Overseen by Program Executive Office (PEO) for Unmanned and Small Combatants (USC) and located at the Washington Navy Yard, PMS 515 designs, procures, and builds the Navy's next multi-mission Small Surface Combatant delivering the capabilities needed to support a range of fleet operations.

Responsibilities:
Organizes and coordinates PMS 515 program data Provides direct support to the Data Manager by identifying key trends, preparing reports, outlining recommendations, and implementing recommendations with help of support staff Enters and uploads data and documents into a government site such as SharePoint and/or Integrated Digital Environment (IDE) and help manage the overall SharePoint or IDE site Supports the Government's processing of Shipbuilder's CDRLs through government's approval and shall maintain the status of all CDRLs.
Contractor shall submit weekly report of CDRL Status (CDRL A004).
Supports the Government's Data Manager in updating Shipbuilder's CDRLs, organization of CDRLs, and adjudication of CDRLs comments Ensures the accurate review of evaluation data used during the assessment process Enters and upload data and documents into a government site such as SharePoint and/or Integrated Digital Environment (IDE) and help manage the overall SharePoint or IDE site Provides administrative support to meetings by coordination of attendance, slides presentation, and record taker Education/Skills/
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field 15 years professional experience in program/project management and shipbuilding Preferred
Qualifications:
20 years DoD/Navy program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management Experience in NAVSEA's surface ship data management Required specialized
