Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position of Senior Structural Engineer Washington DC Metro area.
Senior Structural Engineer Compensation & Benefits Total compensation for the Senior Structural Engineer in the Washington DC Metro area is between $125k and $170K depending on experience.
Base salary may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Manage staff in the development of design projects Willing to travel on short term project assignments Work remotely when necessary Mentor junior design staff Prior project experience within the underground and tunneling field of construction is preferred Senior Structural Engineer Qualifications Minimum 10 to 15 years experience Experience with design of tunnels, underground structures, and excavation support systems BS degree Civil Engineering, MS is a plus Concrete design experience per ACI 318 and ACI 350 Must have experience with permanent lining construction, ground support and tunnel excavation projects Proven leadership and management skills Licensed Professional Engineer in DC or will obtain PE within six months Please forward your resume to rob@deltaconstructionpartners.
