ResponsibilitiesFormulates Division long-range plans and program objectives for an evolving suite of user-driven mobile computing and remote access technology and user services that comprise a full range of mobile and wireless devices, services, and platforms.
Establishes program and workload objectives for the Division in consideration of Information Resources Management and Department overall information management goals and objectives.
Exercises the full range of administrative and management authorities and responsibilities associated with the management of the Division.
Develops policies and procedures to guide Mobile and Remote Access operations and activities and ensures their implementation.
Leads expansion of the Department's mobile computing and remote access infrastructure to meet future growth requirements and demands of an increasingly mobile workforce.

Time-In-Grade Requirements:
Federal applicants must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade to satisfy time-in-grade restrictions, per 5 CFR 300, Subpart F.
Applicants applying for the GS-15 grade level must meet the following requirements:
Have IT-related experience demonstrating EACH of the four competencies AND specialized experience listed below:
Attention to Detail - Experience reviewing information technology-related work or data and have been responsible for reviewing the work of others to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with standards.
Customer Service - Develops and maintains relationships with customers, anticipating and assessing the current and future information technology needs of customers, and developing or identifying information technology products or services that are tailored to meet customer needs.
Oral Communication - Expresses information to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information.
Makes clear and convincing oral presentations and listens to others input.
Attends to nonverbal cues and responds appropriately.
Problem Solving - Identifies and analyzes problems, weighs relevance and accuracy of information, generates and evaluates alternatives solutions and makes recommendations.
ANDHave at least 1 full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in the Federal service which provided you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position.
Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience analyzing and evaluating the applicability of new and emerging mobile computing and remote access developments and trends for strategies, operations and programs.
Experience in integrating all mobile computing and remote access business strategies, functions and governance into a collaborative, continuously improving and fully functioning unit.
Experience in the preparation of annual program budgets, procurement request and fiscal year operational plans.
NOTE:
In order to qualify for this position, your experience MUST be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate.
There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-15 position.
In addition, applicant's experience must also demonstrate that the candidate possesses the following qualities:

Ability to work in cooperation with stakeholder organizations to ensure that proposed mobile devices, platforms, and strategies align with Department requirements, business needs, and resources.
Knowledge of the Government Technical Monitor (GTM) and/or Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) in exercising responsibility for monitoring contractors' technical progress and expenditure of resources for completed task orders.
Ability to make recommendations and decisions involving the future scope and objectives of the development, management and operations of the organization's mobile computing and remote access functions and services.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
