This position is also being announced to All US Citizens and Nationals under OCIO-20-10893128-MPResponsibilitiesThe duties and responsibilities for a 2210 Supvy IT Program Mgr (SYSADMIN/INFOSEC) generally include, but are not limited to, the following:
Managing the Infrastructure Operations capabilities and systems for the agency to facilitate the secure storage, management, and transmission of information and data.
Identifying, tracking, and reporting all security incidents within Infrastructure in accordance with organizational policies, guidelines, and practices.
Responding to controversial and critical infrastructure system issues.
Supporting Disaster Recovery, Continuity of Operations, and Continuity of Agency planning, preparation, and testing.
Performing the administrative and human resource management functions relative to the staff supervised.

You will be required to complete a pre-employment security investigation and background check which includes a drug screening.

QualificationsTo qualify for the position of Supvy IT Program Mgr (SYSADMIN/INFOSEC), (GS-2210-15), you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below AND possess the required specialized experience specific to the series and grade you are applying to.

IT PROGRAM MANAGER, GS-15 You must have I have IT related experience that demonstrates possession of each of the four required competencies:
1) Attention to Detail, 2) Customer Service:
3) Oral Communication, and 4) Problem-Solving.
In addition, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service or private sector, performing the following duties:
1) Leading or supervising a team of IT Specialists; 2) Developing and implementing policies and guidance related to infrastructure systems and networks; and 3) Supporting agency Disaster Recovery, Continuity of Operations, and Continuity of Government planning, preparation, and testing.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
