Responsible for providing deep clinical, informatics/coding and research insight to each of the research teams across HealthCore (Health Economics & Outcomes Research, Clinical Research, Safety & Epidemiology, Payer, Government and Academic).
Primary duties may include but are not limited to:
Provides consultative services to each of the research teams on clinical, coding, and research design to assure accuracy in research questions, protocol design, and outcomes assessment.
Serves as senior leader for the governance processes for HealthCore including its Data Planning & Solutions and IT teams and provides critical input into HealthCore's alliances including those with Anthem Digital, Wharton/UPenn-Anthem Collaboration, Lilly and Boehringer Ingelheim interacting with senior leaders from those organizations.
Advises:
Anthem Payment Innovation team on designs for new payment methodologies including bundled payments, Anthem Cost of Care Pods (with a specific focus on informing and driving Anthem's Enterprise Data & Analytics Strategy as it pertains to each of the Anthem Areas of Priority for Cost of Care reduction), Anthem Enterprise Capabilities Council (ECC) investment evaluations and Anthem's newly formed Emerging Business Group.
In addition, HealthCore's CMIO will have a formalized supporting role for Anthem's Chief Data & Analytics Officer, providing input on the vision, informing strategy and guidance, and participating in the overall governance of activities stemming from the Anthem Digital organization.
Provides oversight for clinical aspects of coding and algorithms involved in programming and tool development.
Qualifications Requires an MD; 15
years of clinical practice experience and 10 years of experience within a payer, provider or electronic health records company; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Current unrestricted medical licensure in applicable state(s) and board eligibility or board certification required.
Experience in analytic/research roles using electronic healthcare data and familiarity with coding and routine healthcare data capture and processing strongly preferred.
Significant experience with the implementation and operation of Epic or similar EHR platforms is required in a Physician/Executive Leadership role as a CMIO or similar.
Once the enterprise goes back to operating as usual, travel time will be approximately 25%-30%.
Proximity to one of the HealthCore locations is highly desired (Indianapolis, IN; Irvington, DE; Boston, MA; Washington DC, Chicago, IL preferred).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
