Management Analyst (Senior Evaluator)

The Management Analyst (Senior Evaluator) performs the following major duties:
Conduct Management Analyses of Agency Programs:
Carries out all phases of OIG evaluations of agency programs, functions and offices in a manner consistent with Evaluation Unit procedures and federal quality standards for evaluations and inspections. Researches, designs and leads studies into the effectiveness of, including best practices, agency programs and related management controls and technical implementation guidance for staff. Volunteer Health Program Assessment and Oversight:
Analyzes and evaluates on a quantitative/qualitative basis the effectiveness of Volunteer health care delivery program operations in meeting established goals and objectives. Conducts studies including evaluations and reviews of the agency's medical technical guidelines and related policies and procedures inherent in the Volunteer health care program, and develops findings and recommendations to address deficiencies or inefficiencies in the program. The incumbent develops scope and methodology for such studies and evaluates the Peace Corps approach to providing physical and mental health care services for Volunteers, including medical emergency response systems and services. Time-in-Grade Requirements:
Any individual who is currently holding, or who has held within the previous 52 weeks, a position in the competitive or excepted service, must meet time-in-grade requirements (have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade of the grade for which you are applying). NOTE:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
