Oakwood has a great opportunity !The Property Accounting Manager will prepare financial statements to summarize and forecast financial status of our new property in Washington DC - Oakwood Suites & Studios Dupont Circle!Key features of your day:
Prepares financial statements to summarize and forecast the properties financial status.
Produces and manages balance sheets and analyze future earnings and expenses.
Management of accounting, auditing and budgeting at the property.
Prepares for audit.
Works to reconcile accounting inaccuracies or imbalances.
Ensures compliance with and prepare reports according to applicable government regulations.
Uses accounting software to maintain records and prepare reports.
Process reporting such as month-end financials and accounts payable/receivable for residents, including bank deposits, resident refunds, referral checks and utility bills.
Coordinates with and prepares reports for Owners.
Prepares special reports as needed.
Best candidates will have:
