As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of contractor personnel and Task Order performance for our client.
You will be responsible for the hands-on technical management of the full engagement, supporting the evolution of the clientrsquos program.
You will take an active role in Valiantrsquos Knowledge Centers and grow professional expertise in emerging Cybersecurity tools and techniques.
You will create and mentor others in the creation of content for whitepapers, briefing materials, and proposals, and analyze and define technology requirements for information protection.
As Program Manager, you should be able to execute with limited direction, anticipate customer needs and proactively supports those needs, and be responsible for all project deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a wide variety of technologies, be well versed in the current state of Information Security, and be able to interpret the requirements of relevant governing bodies.
The program manager will be required to interface with federal employees and contractors to perform the required activities.
Responsibilities Responsible for program delivery, profit loss, and direct supervision of staff.
Develop and Refine Performance Management Metrics in accordance with Program Goals and Deliverable requirements sessions Ensure project-defined deliverables are provided on time, have been quality reviewed (eg Roadmap, Project Charter, Security Architecture Engineering Updates, Standard Operating Procedures, Project Schedules) Ensure delivery on Program and Project deliverables (eg Weekly Team and Project Status Reporting, Timesheet Review, Performance Management Metric Analysis) Provide presentations and develops demonstrations in coordination for reporting in support of the program Lead the development and maintenance of security documentation such as the System Security Plan, Privacy Impact Assessment, Configuration Management Plan, Contingency Plan, Contingency Plan Test Report, POAM, annual FISMA assessment, and incident reports.
Perform operations management and project management for a variety of information technology deliverables in support of all 5 tasks of the program.
Strategic planning and solution development, both technical and business Establish project schedules and plans with Government Stakeholders Track and provide performance management evaluations against Project Plans Provide technical support for all team task areas (eg systems engineering and integration, service design and delivery) Facilitate requirements and data gathering Experience PMP and CISSP Certifications required.
CISM certification preferred Bachelorrsquos Degree in an Information Technology related field required 10
years of Information Technology Experience supporting a large Government Agency 7
years of demonstrated experience leading and managing projects with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work towards strict deadlines Understanding of the security concepts that underpin elements of regulatory compliance (for example the concepts that drive the NIST Guidelines, FedRAMP, and FISMA requirements).
Experience leading Agile Scrums and managing schedules Ability to define and manage reporting and measurement systems for IT Security.
Experience performing AA and Risk Management Technical experience and security exposure with core technologies, including Cloud, Digital, Data Protection, Application Security, Event Management, CDM Domain expertise and implantation experience providing best practices and recommendation to support resolution of project challenges, both business and technical Proven experience leading and executing executive presentations, demonstrations, and reporting Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders Excellent interpersonal, interviewing, analytical and problem-solving skills to address variable situations Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to read and analyze data effectively to write cogent reports Strong human relations, communication, supervisory and time management skills About Valiant Solutions Valiant Solutions is a security-focused IT solutions provider with both public and private sector clients nationwide.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
