Job Responsibilities The Excavation & Demolition Project Manager will join our clients' team in Washington, DC.
This individual will be responsible for the project management of multiple excavation and demolition projects throughout the DC Metro area.
Projects will range from $100K to $6M.
Additional responsibilities include:
Managing overall contract administration to include:
Contract review Budgets and cost reports Requisitions, submittals and RFI's Change orders and scope reconciliation Vendor payments and receivables Developing plans for effective and efficient construction of projects Maintaining a system to manage multiple projects at various stages of completion in accordance with project requirements Coordinating and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors and team members throughout the duration of the project Effectively working independently and in a team environment Utilizing analytical and troubleshooting skills to solve problems Multitasking effectively and meeting deadlines Job Requirements:
Specific qualifications include:
Five (5) or more years of project management and related experience, to include:
Success managing projects through the entire project life cycle Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined budget, scope and schedule Experience on civil engineering projects is a plus Five (5) or more years of experience in excavation, demolition, abatement and recycling of materials from government and commercial construction sites throughout the Washington DC Metro area Technical skills, including proficiency with:
