We are currently seeking a Technical Training Senior Specialist to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

The instructional systems designer (ISD), following the ADDIE model, is tasked with designing lessons, courses, or curricula, and may conduct training needs assessments, job task analyses, create learning objectives, develop effective learning strategies, and design and evaluations.
The ISD ensures alignment between identified job tasks, learning objectives, and assessments, and may also participate in curriculum/test validation processes.

Bachelor degree

Active Top Secret

Minimum 6
years experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
