We are currently seeking a Mobile Support Technician to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

Day to Day Job Duties:

  • Managing the Mobile Maintenance operation for an assigned area
  • Manage the assigned profitability metrics, and represent data at internal and external meetings as requested by management
  • Assisting and acting as an escalation for Service Desk and Device technicians
  • Ensuring the customer s needs are being met while balancing financial, operating, quality, and safety targets against the requirements of the business measured through leadership competencies and business metrics
  • Responsible for enterprise iOS mobility support including secure configuration of devices, registration of devices with Mobile Device Management (MDM) software and conducting Mobile Threat Management (MTM via AirWatch) to protect mobile devices
  • Supports mobility end users including but not limited to provisioning, break/fix, international travel, migration/upgrade, and decommissioning (e.

    wiping/destruction)
  • Contributes to the maintenance of the MDM/MTM platform
  • Troubleshoot mobility applications, end user issues, and connectivity
  • Provides support for end users with mobility devices
  • Conducts root cause analysis as directed by management or Incident Management Team
  • Serve as a liaison between system provider and customer community to provide support to end user mobility devices
  • Authors Mobility SOPs as needed or directed
  • Mobility Team Support Continual Service Improvement (CSI) contributor
  • Responsible to fully document assigned tickets to show all work performed in order to pass SLRs
  • Responsible to maintain accurate CMDB entries for assigned tickets or tasks, personally and for team members

Basic
Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship required
  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalency
    • Associates Degree in an IT related field plus 4 additional years of IT related work experience in lieu of a BS/BA
    • 8 additional years of IT related work experience in lieu of a degree
  • 3-5 years of IT related mobile support experience
  • Must have an Active Interim Secret Clearance

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
