Summary:
We're now hiring several Patient Registration Specialists to work in a medical office setting and provide customer service to patients as they arrive at the clinic.
Responsibilities include signing in patients, registering patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and using Epic EMR system.

Qualifications:
1
year of experience registration/scheduling patients within a clinical or medical office settingProvide great customer service and be attentive to patients when they arrive at the clinic for their appointments, such as greeting patients, signing in patients, and answering patients' questionsConfident in computer skills and using computer systemsEpic EMR experience is requiredDay to Day:
Checking in patients for their appointmentsVerifying insurance and entering correct patient information into the systemScheduling follow up appointments for patientsKeeping workstations clean and sanitized
