Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate has the following skills and capabilities:
Proven technical expertise in unified communications systemsStrongA' knowledge of Voice-Over-IP fundamentals and voice/data architecturesStrongA' general knowledge of IP networking protocols and securityStrongA' general knowledge of Microsoft AD, SQL DB, VMWare, Windows OS, RHELStrongA' general knowledge of Information Assurance and implementationInstalls, operates, and maintains data networked software applications, components, and operating systemsDevelops and documents backup procedures and network requirementsAdditional Information:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to present complex topics to non-A' -technical audiencesSelf-A' -motivated, goal oriented, multi-tasker; able to maintain focus in a high pressure environmentAbility to work effectively with diverse personalities, environments, and culturesMust show attention to detail and have a flawless execution mindsetAbility to work as an individual and in team environments while meeting onsite customer requirementsGeneral knowledge of encryption and protocols Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering and Computer Science2+years of experience in field engineering support, field service technician/specialist or IT/EngineeringVoice-Over-IP and Unified Communications experience a mustVMWare Administration experience including vSphere and vCenterNetworking experience (switching/routing) preferredWindows OS 2016 and 2019 Server experienceRHEL experience Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain background clearance as required by US government customer Active Clearances are a plus but are not requiredUS Citizen is requiredActive Clearance is highly desired however the HM is willing to look at candidates w/o active clearance as long as they are are willing to go thru the process - The Government will run clearance and Moto will help coordinate will take a Public trust but will need to obtain a Secret clearanceHave a PF call WAVE that manages IP.
