Occupational Therapist (OT) - Washington, DC- Full-Time

As part of our mission to pave the way for children s success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-person services for PK-5 students in charter schools.
The caseload includes multiple school locations and developmental delays including those on the Autism spectrum.
Candidates who have experience in DC SEDS Easy IEP documentation platform are preferred, although training will be available.
The position is for the 2021/2022 school year.

Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the District of Columbia School Certification in the District of Columbia Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibilities May Include:
Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs that impact educational goals.
Assisting in evaluations, and provides appropriate goals for students that require occupational therapy.
Providing continued support for students Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
