Project Manager (CRM - Remote))

SoluStaff is actively recruiting a full-time (contract-to-hire) Project Manager for its customer, a national specialty construction company headquartered in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the migration of legacy CRM platform to a new business automation / CRM platform.
The Project Manager will maintain ownership of all CRM-related activities and will manage a team of business stakeholders, analysts, application developers and 3rd party vendor implementation teams, and ensure timely completion of the CRM implementation.
The Project Manager will become a Subject Matter Expert on the functionality and capabilities of the CRM Platform (Creatio), and facilitate its adoption company-wide.
Candidates must have previous project management experience with large-scale ERP or CRM implementations.

Responsibilities Own the implementation, direction, coordination and execution of all CRM systems and projects to ensure consistency with company strategy and goals.
Manage CRM implementation tasks which include troubleshooting data integrity issues, mapping exercises, building reports and anticipating user needs.
Act as the liaison between our customer's business / IT Stakeholders and the vendor implementation team.
Engage with business process improvements, IT system issues, system maintenance & configuration, user training, security/user access and working with system integrators & vendors on support issues.
Build relationships and develop trust with key company stakeholders, serving as the primary contact throughout the project, maintaining commitments, and ensure continual communication.
Schedule tasks, deadlines, and milestones for resources, delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Meet frequently with internal and 3rd party vendor teams to ensure projects are on track, identify and overcome obstacles as they arise.
Monitors, tracks, and controls outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
Develops project documentation, such as, project kick-off presentations, meeting agendas, status reports, project charters, and go-live plans.
Lead requirements/discovery workshops.
Develop overall project timelines and key milestones; Ensure teams meet critical dates leveraging established project management software.
Closely monitor implementation, track deployment issues and formulate fall-back strategies.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field Minimum of 4 years in applied experience with project management in CRM or ERP implementations Previous experience as Project Manager implementing CRM / ERP implementations PMP certification preferred Experience managing complex projects from kick-off to go-live Previous experience working as Business Systems Analyst with a CRM or ERP System Strong expertise with enterprise applications Strong understanding of project governance, software development and testing lifecycles Expertise with Office 365 suite (Teams, MS project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Strong understanding of implementation methodology and practices - Agile, SCRUM, SDLC, etc 5
years of experience leading projects that involve business process change.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
