100% Remote Senior Java Developer (DoD - 5870/IAT Level 2) - Level 3 and 4 Engineer(s)x8
We're seeking several highly skilled Senior Java Developers.
This is a 100% remote opportunity supporting a contract that's 20
years old - if you're seeking stable employment with some added flexibility, or want to gain a secret clearance, or just love working from the comfort of home and want to get the DoD into a more modern tech stack - here's your opportunity!This team supports the Army's recruiting command, commanding officers, transition assistance (TAP) programs, and also multiple related applications for our nations defense.

applications for our service members and their families - we want to speak with you!Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must meet all four criterion below:
1) United States Citizenship (due to BFOQ/requirements from client)2) A full secret, or interim Secret clearance, or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
3) A CompTIA
Security certification is required before day-one (DoD 5870/IAT Level 2)4) Candidates need to be willing to work on a W2 basis, and be willing to convert to full time 6 months in, conversion to direct employment will be on a salaried basis

Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and implement software solutions using Java, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, and XML to integrate applications and databasesCollaborate to re-engineer and develop site concepts (develop interfaces, platforms, transaction systems, and other web-based technologies)Deploy research, test, and build.
Work day-to-day to support the latest development efforts, application servers, and projects as a software engineer on a large Java team.
Requirements of the Senior Java Developer:
Either a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required, and working experiences covering at least 4 years of java development, preferably in the follow domains:
Previous experience with Swing, Spring/Struts, MVC, SOAP/RESTful web servicesPrevious experience with JavaScript (HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Angular) Previous backend technology skills RDBMS, SQL Server, or OracleExperience with Git, DevOps involvement, and agile software development processesby Jobble.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
