In this role, you will directly work with key client stakeholders to define the business problem and determine solution requirements for our Medicare Actuarial (Pricing, Trending, Forecasting) Platform.
You will be responsible for ensuring business value and communicating outcomes.
You'll be part of a dynamic agile team to architect, implement, test and continuously deliver new features and products to our customers.
The Senior Technology Leadership Professional works with design engineering and test team to drive products from design completion to volume production release.
Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs.
Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components.
Ensures that production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements.
Interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues.
Begins to influence department's strategy.
Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or any related field or in any of the STEM fields of study 8 or more years of full SDLC experience in a large IT organization involving enterprise class solutions utilizing.
NET technologies including, but not limited to, full lifecycle implementation and support experience.
Must have 5 or more years hands on experience as a.
NET full stack Lead Developer/Engineer.
Experience with technology solutions assessments and/or strategy planning oversight Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in the relevant field of study Azure Cloud Experience / Certification Health Insurance IT Experience Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines.
Familiarity with Agile ways of working Scheduled Weekly Hours 40.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
