Technology Leader - Work At Home Eligible
Description This position establishes strategy, develops business plans, and oversees and leads in the design, development and implementation of technology solutions to meet business needs.
Leaders in this role provide leadership and oversight to manage performance and results in one or more Information Technology (IT) disciplines.
Individuals will be accountable for the reliability, performance, security, and continuity of IT systems and supported business processes Responsibilities Provides technical leadership in overall software development and product releases Works with scrum and agile leaders to identify project risks and plan mitigation actions Establishes and drives technology roadmaps that align with current and future business needs Implements best practices for software development and DevOps standards Oversees work and asset management system upgrades, assessment and feasibility study Works with IT leaders to develop overall IT strategy in alignment with business strategy Oversees value stream by focusing on cost and risks of technology portfolio to meet business needs Supports and fosters innovative technologies to deliver new ideas that enable business transformation Ensures high levels of ongoing system and application performance in production environments Oversees development of processes and tools to automate code releases from development to operations (DevOps) Attracts, develops and retains a high-performing and diverse team Manages third party technical and outsourcing relationships to deliver project and operational support objectives Ensures technology processes are conducted in line with applicable standards and company policies Performs other job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 5 or more years of technical experience 3 or more years of leadership experience Experience in leading software development with a strong track record of on-time delivery for large, cross-functional projects Deep understanding of best engineering practices for the full software development life cycle (SDLC), such as good coding standards, TDD (Test Driven Development), build and deploy best practices Experience with continuous integration and deployment - DevOps methodology Experience with Agile Scrum and/or SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) Basic Knowledge of Cloud technologies (Azure, Salesforce, etc.
).
Excellence in at least one of these is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel Preferred Qualifications PMP Certified Six Sigma Certified MBA or other Advanced Degree Microsoft Azure Cloud or Mulesoft Certification is highly desired.
Broad understanding of MarTech stack including Marketing Automation, Content Management, Campaign Management and Workflow tools.
Experience in Healthcare Additional Information Scheduled Weekly Hours 40.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
