Description:
IMG-Crown has an opening for a Customer Service Representative with excellent customer service, problem-solving, and documentation skills to support survey and data collection.
The candidate will assist in the collection of national energy surveys supporting the Department of Energy, Energy Information Administration.
Due to COVID, this opening is currently remote WFH and eligible to those in the Washington DC area.
Compensation Range:
$42,000-$45,000.
Requirements:
Must be a US citizen.
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
Relevant Bachelor's degree, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and possess a team attitude.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Capable and comfortable utilizing MS Office suite.
Must be available through 6:
00 PM EST.
Reliable at-home internet.
Experience Handling incoming calls and conducting follow up outreach to customers.
Engages in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information.
Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and reading comprehension skills.
Recording details of actions taken following conventional, professional writing standards.
Proficient with MS Office Suite products.
Working proactively as a member of a team.
Additional Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Exceptional customer service, active listening, and professional phone voice.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with the various participants including other contractor(s), other task personnel, and government counterparts.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
