Recruiter - REMOTE - MUST RESIDE IN WISCONSIN Ajilon is partnering with a client in the Waukesha, WI area to fill a REMOTE contract Recruiter role! This is a great opportunity to hone-in on your full-cycle recruitment skills , work from home and gain more experience working within healthcare! In taking on this position, you will handle full cycle recruiting from cradle to grave and handle onboarding and orientation with new employees.
Responsibilities:
Develop sourcing and recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs Maintain job boards and social media postings to attract new talent Build pipeline of talent Conduct initial phone screens in order to qualify candidates Schedule meetings and interviews Maintain all tracking and dashboards along with assessment systems Handle background checks and drug screens Complete onboarding and orientation on day 1 for new associates Other duties as pertains to the recruitment process
Qualifications:
Knowledge of healthcare industry and different roles within administrative and clincial/non-clinical positions Familiarity with navigating job boards such as LinkedIn, Career Builder, ZipRecruiter, etc.
Applicant Pro experience a plus! Software savvy MUST RESIDE IN WISCONSIN TO SIT REMOTE

Up to $30.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
