Overview Responsible for the ERP roadmap and leading the delivery and maintenance of Applications across all Business Units and support departments; and communicate the implementation plan for the agreed scope and functionality while ensuring it is executed on time and on budget in addition to creating and enforcing governance structure. Provides guidance to global ERP decision-making, and eliminates divergent paths in standards, configuration, and structure; and eliminates roadblocks to a long-term, flexible ERP Drive a coordinated approach to ERP-related business process changes and technical system integration across all related ERP Applications to ensure the integrity of the overall design Engages with external and internal stakeholders in the identification and analysis of business process issues and business requirements across all Business Units Serve as Solutions Architect in the ERP space; Understand business drivers and business capabilities (current and future state) and determine corresponding ERP solution architecture design and change requirements to drive targeted business outcomes. Provide subject matter expertise and leading edge-thinking on trends, methodologies, tools, and techniques Leads the development of ERP governance structure in support of the business and information technology strategies. Oversees the implementation plans execution through to successful completion, with hands on involvement as needed. Works collaboratively with Project/Program Managers in all aspects of the initiatives Ensures support for daily operations Ensures that SLA is maintained for the ERP Applications; work with partners and business to communicate, monitor, and report Ensures continuous leverage of the technology assets in the ERP Applications; business process redesign and standardization, helps to build capacities throughout the organization Other duties as assigned Qualifications Education Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED Bachelor's Degree Graduate Degree preferred Experience Requirement:
Ten (10) years of experience implementing ERP systems across a range of business functions i.e., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, etc. Five years of strong leadership and management experience, both formal and informal Experience conducting analysis and designing business processes from end to end with a cross functional perspective Ability to develop strong partnership with the business community Experience in working in a cloud-based ERP using standard functionality out of the box and reducing complexity, eliminating customizations, and delivering automated, touchless business process flows Demonstrate excellent influencing and communication skills and can communicate a bold strategic vision and roadmap to internal and external audiences of a technical and business background Experience working with an executive-level steering committee Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:
Self-starter with proven leadership experience in the planning and delivery of enterprise-level technology to support key business initiatives Ability to effectively engage with external and internal stakeholders in the identification and analysis of business process issues and business requirements. Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Technology ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
