Bolling AFB (40 hours a week, M-F, standard business hours)TS/SCI clearanceIvanti Resident Engineer is a Pulse Secure resource that provides operational assistance on Pulse Secure products.
Product Sets:
Pulse Virtual Application Delivery Controller (vADC)Pulse Virtual Traffic Manager (vTM)Key Deliverables Include:
Assisting with Pulse products ongoing Administration and ManagementAnalyzing system and client side configurationsAssisting with asset tracking and management to ensure that all systems are running recommended softwareProviding regular updates on open service requestsTroubleshooting issues on Pulse productsProviding technical evaluation of the Pulse deployment and its interoperability with other systemsBeing the point of contact within Pulse to oversee the delivery of all entitled services in this offeringAssist in service planning including setting up meetings with Pulse Secure account teams as needed for planning of future projectsManaging escalations related to support and deployment issuesConducting operational review meetings to discuss product and service Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics such as cases, problem reports/bugs, Return Materials Authorizations (RMAs), related trends, and Services activities planned for the next quarterResident Engineer will assist with configuration, deployment, and techniques help with all things related to Customer's Pulse environment until the term of the engagement expiresResponsible to configure anything outside of the Ivanti/Pulse Software such as Customer network configurations, Exchange servers, etc.
Ivanti Resident Services will provide Ivanti requirements, guidance and best practices but will not be responsible for non-Ivanti component
Experience:
Systems/Networking BackgroundExperience with Pulse Virtual Application Delivery Controller (vADC) and Pulse Virtual Traffic Manager (VTM) (Preferred).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
