Executive Assistant - long term contract, May-Decembe in Washington DC.
-Will support executive level Directors
-Creates routine correspondence, reports and forms
-Scheduled meetings, travel arrangements and expense reports
-Must work well in a deadline oriented environment
-Assist with office coordination and activities
-Maintains confidential files for the department, Directors and VP's
-General administrative duties as required, typing, filing etc.
Working hours: M-F 8:30-5:30
-Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
-No less then five years Executive Admin experience
-Advanced MS office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access
-Previous experience working directly with Executive Staff Members
