PRIMARY FUNCTION:
This position provides administrative support for the two Regional Vice Presidents (RVP s). The person in this role will perform duties such as: report generation and analysis, record keeping, coordination of meetings and conferences and working on special projects as necessary. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload in this role.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating special events;
Provide support for four annual campaigns and other fundraising opportunities;
Prepares complex reports including special reports, charts, statistical tables, and graphs;
Provides analysis of various reports as it relates to membership attendance, program participation and other membership criteria as required;
Schedule training for new hires on member tracking system;
Troubleshoot for issues related to member tracking system;
Provide support for Regional Board meetings as necessary;
Prepare Board reports and take Board meeting minutes;
Functions as a back-up to the Executive Assistant to the CEO as necessary;
Prepares and manages the calendar for two RVP s;
Schedules weekly meetings between the RVP s and each Regional Board President;
Prepares and analyzes the Annual Report;
Assists with the Formula For Impact Assessment (internal report);
Provide support as needed to the Priority Outcomes Team and the Director of Member Impact;
Support of the Priority Outcomes Team and Member Impact as it relates to communication out to the Clubs;
Assist with the logistics of the Annual Board Retreats;
Support of the Regional Special Events; and
Performs other duties as assigned by the Regional RVP s.
ADDITIONAL
Responsibilities:
May participate in special programs and/or events which requires travel;
Travel to Clubs in the Region to train and troubleshoot with staff on the member tracking system as necessary;
Assumes the role as the welcome desk receptionist at HQ as needed.
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
Internal: Maintains close, daily contact, with the Club staff to ensure integrity and efficiency as it relates to compliance with various reports and member tracking criteria. The person in this role will act as the liaison between club staff and RVP s as it relates to accurate and timely membership data.
SKILSS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
Bachelor s degree from an accredited College or University or three years administrative experience required;
Proven working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
Prior knowledge of a member tracking system, COMET experience preferred;
Strong customer service skills and proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of customers (internal/external);
Must be able to exercise good judgment and proven ability to deal with confidential information;
Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as, in a team environment;
Proven self-starter with a high degree of organizational skills;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Strong creative solution and analytical skills;
Strong time management and planning skills;
Ability to multi-task effectively;
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to partner with internal partners and leverage internal resources;
Ability to travel to various Clubs throughout the DC, MD and VA regions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

- This work is primarily sedentary;
- Requires the ability to speak, hear and use a personal computer for standard business communications, and the ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
- The ability to travel between locations and attend meetings outside of regular operating hours.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
