Supports WHC''s resource management mission through clinical discharge planning activities that help ensure appropriate bed utilization and length of stays. Provides psychosocial assessment of patients/families and significant others to facilitate a safe discharge direct clinical counseling services to patients, families and groups. Identifies appropriate community resources and makes referrals. May specialize in a particular area, such as AIDS or OB/GYN.Master''s Degree in Social Work is required.Approximately one to two years of progressively more responsible job related experience.ADistrict of Columbialicense in Social Work is required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
