Our client in downtown DC is looking for an fantastic, articulate and detail oriented proposal writer to join their team! This person will manage the entire RFP process from start to finish, acting as the main point of contact with people internally, SME's, and external customers. They will also work closely with the marketing team to deliver pitches and presentations. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in a proposal writing role, preferably within an AEC or real estate environment. Knowledge of InDesign and expertise in Microsoft Word is also a must! The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
