Coordinate with the CIO leadership team on cyber security issues and policies as they related to the Federal Information Security Management Act of 2002, OMB Circular -130, Director of Central Intelligence Directives and NIST NSA CNSS security standards and guidelines.
Prepare annual work plans and budgetary proposals and track work throughout the year to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
Ensure appropriate, technically accurate and risk appropriate policy is implemented to protect systems having impact upon Treasury programs and other Federal agencies, organizations and citizens that are reliant upon these Treasury programs and systems.
Support, plan, and manage periodic security reviews throughout the ACIO-IO organization towards ensuring that security policies and standards are being complied with and recommending enhancements as needed.

Specialized
Experience: For the GS-15, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
Experience managing hardware, software, and databases commonly used in IT environments (e.g., Windows, UNIX, Linux, SQL Server, DB2, Oracle, Sharepoint, Cloud Technologies, Content Management Systems) and other standard operating systems.
Experience managing web based technologies (e.g., SharePoint Enterprise solutions, HTML, XML, programming languages such as Java, MS .Net).
Experience utilizing organizational business/security requirements to develop system specifications and assure the integrity of the design and configuration.
Experience in developing, promulgating and implementing objectives, principles, policies, procedures and standards associated with enterprise systems.
Experience managing crisis events and balancing conflicting needs of various stakeholders , AND
Experience presenting complex technical problems in a clear and precise manner to high level executive staff.
In addition to meeting specialized experience, applicants must also show proficiency in 1) attention to detail, 2) customer service, 3) oral communication, and 4) problem solving.
