Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education, experience and training).
1 to 2 years of responsible administrative experience necessary (or equivalent combination of education, experience and training).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community is necessary.
Proficiency with personal computers and all Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
### Job Duties
Manages & updates study website(s).
Conducts maintenance of study publications & presentations lists/files and study documentation (hard copy and electronic).
Maintains IRB files for all the centers for all the protocols, requesting and obtaining copies of IRB approvals for secondary analyses, under direction of the Scientific Coordinator).
Performs data review & keying, as required.
Maintains knowledge of all studies in order to participate in answering inquiries from clinical center staff, subcontractors, study personnel, NIH and the general public.
Coordinates meetings and conferences across MFMU/MOMS & other associated projects, as required, under the supervision of the Operations Manager; surveys members and schedules committee conference calls and meetings.
Arranges staff travel.
Organizes and maintains study administrative files - electronic and hard; orders office supplies and maintain office equipment.
Reviews FedEx and telecommunications invoices for accuracy; handles incoming/outgoing mail; distributes reports and other correspondence as needed via e-mail and fax.
Collects and submits staff's Work and Leave records and Time and Efforts every month.
Attends staff meetings. Perform other work-related duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
