Responsible for staying in direct contact with clients and providing excellent customer serviceConsult with clients on coverage options and offer the most appropriate coverage for the clientResponsible for marketing new and renewal businessDeveloping and maintaining relationships with carriersProcessing binders and confirmation of coverage to clientsHandling certificates and change requestsAudit processingInitial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdownsResponding to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related mattersReceiving and reviewing quotes for accuracyCreating and preparing proposals for clientsAssisting in the gathering of renewal exposure information with producerPerforming other job-related duties as assignedJob
Qualifications:
P&C license required5
years of Commercial Lines Account Management experienceExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to effectively assess riskAbility to function in a team environmentIn-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency proceduresExperience with healthcare and medical malpractice accounts would be a plusThis is a chance to gain knowledge and skills that will keep you at the top of your game.
