Product Manager

KeenLogic is seeking a mid-level Product Manager to support a CAO enterprise-wide project, and CEC related activities and initiatives.
This position will be on-site in Washington, DC offering full health benefits, 401K, PTO, and Life Insurance.
BackgroundThe Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) exists as a non-partisan, non-legislative office that provides support services and business solutions to the community of 12,000
House Members, Officers and staff.
CAO professional, technical, and administrative staff provide finance, information technology, cyber security, procurement, logistics, and human resource services.
Specific Business Units include Acquisitions Management, Customer Experience Center, Finance, House Information Resources, House Recording Studio, Human Resources, Logistics and Support, and Media Galleries.
The Customer Experience Center communicates, markets, brands, and delivers customer service to the House community.
Customer Experience Management establishes and leads key efforts to expand and implement the customer experience vision of the CAO, create standards, and craft a roadmap for the governance and improvement of all CAO services.
This position serves as Project Manager.
ScopeThe candidate will act as the Product Manager and Content Lead for one or more customer experience, service delivery, or online service request systems.
Systems of note include the House Intranet (HouseNet) as well as a related service ticketing platform.
The candidate will work closely with the Customer Experience team, the Communications & Marketing team, Intranet technologists, and service providers across the CAO.
The candidate will work on other CAO projects as applicable.
Candidate Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant work experience in website project management or website product ownership, or 5 years of relevant work experience Strong web writing skills Experience working on digital marketing campaigns Proven ability to create high-quality project management documentation that requires minimal editing and contextually accurate Must be able to appropriately manage project documentation and ensure deadlines are met Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues and leaders Experience with project management and agile development software (e.
g.
, Jira, ClickUp, MS Project) Proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Teams and SharePoint Excellent time and task management skills; Flexible and adaptable to new technologies, changing priorities and processes Ability to operate effectively in team environments or autonomously, both remotely and in-person Must be able to secure and maintain Federal Government security clearances as deemed appropriate by senior management Preferred:
Experience with large enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS) Project Management Professional certification Description of WorkAs part of the CAO Communications and Marketing team, the Product Manager will be responsible for strategizing and leading marketing campaigns on behalf of the CAO to Members, staff, and visitors to the U.
S.
House of Representatives.
The candidate will work closely with CAO business units, including Food Services, Finance, and other business units as assigned, to develop email marketing campaigns, digital signage, and other communications efforts as needed to raise awareness about CAO services.
The candidate will work closely with the CX Director and Communications Director to develop and maintain web content for Members and employees of the U.
S.
House of Representatives.
Additional projects will include collaboration on cross-marketing and awareness campaigns for communications products spanning the web, print, newsletters, and social media.
Primary Duties/
Responsibilities:
o Serves as the primary communications point of contact between the Communications and Marketing office and the CAO business units to assess needs for communications and marketing support related to initiatives, products and services, and events.
o Partners with internal subject matter experts to support their communications goals; develops informative and engaging communications materials for Members and employees of the House that drive increased awareness and achieve increased use of CAO products and services.
o Assesses, develops, creates, executes, and evaluates communications and marketing campaigns and component materials.
o Develops creative and effective communications strategies on complex topics including financial services, information security, information technology, and more.
o Tracks communications for adherence to CAO brand standards and works with stakeholders in a collaborative fashion to bring proposed and existing communications into compliance where necessary.
o Creates direct email campaigns.
o Drafts reports; recognizes, researches, and resolves basic issues as needed.
o Formulates ideas for graphic design support.
o Writes web content.
o Initiates and directs meetings to better define customer goals, and suggests enhancements to initial customer requests to create efficiencies and maximize impact and budget.
o Assists with developing surveys and other metrics to collect data and gather customer feedback.
o Organizes and/or reconciles information as directed.
o Coordinates web and multimedia content creation including production schedule, tracking, and input for creative activities of in-house and outside organizations; ensures that quality guidelines are met, and projects are completed on time.
o Establishes, maintains, and updates policies and procedures as necessary.
o Performs other official duties and special projects as assigned.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
